But at first, some useful vocabulary:

1) ПИАРЩИК

PR-specialty as imagemaker
The task of image maker is thinking through and developing the image of the individual, project or brand. In the case of a person or group of persons, the work is aimed at selection of image maker of the external image, as appropriate ideological concepts, as well as the planning of diverse activities similar purpose. In the situation with the development of image policy for any brand, image maker takes on the task of investigation and analysis of a consumer audience, the competitive environment, existing and projected conditions in the market for goods and services produced by the company-brand.

education in the field of marketing, PR, advertizing, or journalism;

experience of the organization of press conferences;
knowledge of a standard package of computer programs (MS Office);

As for me, I think the PR manager is a direct enemy of the journalist. After all, journalists should tell the truth, and the PR manager should lie. If a PR manager would not lie to you, he will not be able to attract clients and customers. Only yellow journalists lied to his readers.

I completely agree with Irina. A journalist must tell the truth and still look at things objectively. PR man is constantly lying and trying to impose its point of view to all the people around him. PR man can write the facts, his work promoting the products and make it more attractive than it really is, but the journalist can not afford to lie even in the smallest detail.

I don't think that specialists in PR build the work only on lie. Categorically it doesn't agree! The person in Russia not such and primitive and it is very difficult to deceive presently someone, the majority are grounded in the relation of laws, the rights, and in general, have rich life experience! They don't lie, they submit information under the necessary, more interesting and favorable corner as already earlier it was noticed. Journalists are engaged in the same, simply always it deny.
On me, so experts of PR and journalists - brothers on reason! ;) ;) ;)

A real public relations specialist must, first of all, to love his profession, to live in this business, otherwise of such a specialist not get anything good. Second, know the basics of image-making, current political news of the country and the world as a whole, the basic laws of management. In general, in all Projects must always remember the phrase of the famous writer of our time "People hawala".
